The magnetic connection is weak, just touch your phone lightly and the cable falls out. And the small lightning charger is very difficult to get out , I had to use a tweezer and tug hard a few times before it comes out. But the main disappointment is the weak hold of the magnetic connection.

This was a disappointing purchase. The reason is that the adapters for Apple and Android devices connect magnetically to the cable. The adapters disconnect very easily. Also, they have to be stored carefully because they are tiny and will be easy to lose. If I had realised this I would not have purchased this product.

Using the cable for little over a week now, working really well. Only issues i have is if you not using the other adapter its really easy to lose. Doesn’t always charge straight away normally have to pull it out and plug it back in then it starts charging, otherwise pretty great charging cable.
