Nice product, really enjoy using it. However, I am not very impressed with the condition it arrived. There is a crack in the smaller roller while in the bigger roller where the metal holds the Quartz is dirty. The actual packing of Nordik Beauty was a white box which was also dirty. It made me wonder whether it was already used or repackaged. I just made sure to disinfect it and clean it properly.
