Shipping & Delivery
There are three various shipping methods used by Little Brand Box. Normal Door to Door takes between 3-5 days to reach the customer. Overnight shipping (Door to Door) is an overnight service, which has the parcel sent directly to the customer’s address on file. An international shipping service is available but delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery and can take between 3 – 12 days to arrive. All shipping methods include a tracking number, which will be sent via email to each customer.
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible, but our courier companies collect at 12pm noon each day. Therefore if an order is placed after noon it must be assumed that the order will be sent off the following day. Any shipping charges are a guide only, and are subject to change at the discretion of the nominated courier or shipping company. Charges do not take into account any bulk discounts or lodgements. Shipping companies assess charges for parcels according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater. Weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram in all calculations. Dimension restrictions apply to all parcels, including maximum length and girth.
If products are not available at time of order you will be notified via email and given the option of back ordering or having the amount charged to your credit card refunded. Standard domestic and international shipping and handling fees may apply. Shipping charges may be determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
